Established as a result of demand from existing clients, the new department will provide investors, developers and owners with consultancy and full operational services from the initial design, development and configuration of buildings, through to their continued marketing, management and ongoing operation. With their in-depth understanding and operational expertise, the team will provide turn-key solutions for investors seeking to acquire and manage their assets.
Mr. Neil Harvey, who has almost 30 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, has been appointed to head the new division. Prior to joining Savills,

Mr. Harvey was General Manager for Oakwood Asia Pacific, Oakwood Residence Beijing & Oakwood Apartments Beijing. He successfully established the Oakwood brand in Seoul, Korea with the opening of the Oakwood Premier Coex Center and has held senior positions with such companies as Swissotel, Hilton Hotels and Mandarin Oriental.
